Owner and Manager of RPWebworks

Rick started RPWebworks in 1999. Proficient in HTML, DHTML, Java Script and CGI he then expanded into dynamic web design, database driven web programming, Intranet application development, GUI (Graphical User Interface) development and e-commerce applications using PHP, MySQL, CSS, SSI.   In 2003 he acquired the web hosting business of Standard Printing and Web Center and added staff.  With the expansion of RPWebworks Rick is able to focus on programming and Linux Network Administration and turn the design part over to the rest of the team.

Bill Loughlin
Graphic Design, Photography, Web Site Design

Bill Loughlin is an experienced web designer and graphic artist..  Before joining RPWebworks Bill was a web designer with Standard Printing and a freelance photographer and designer.  Bill specializes in XHTML, CSS, SSI, animation, Flash and photo manipulation and optimization.

Cassandra Pleasent
Web Promotion, Internet Marketing and Search Engine Optimization

Cassandra worked in web design for many years before being hired as manager of World Web Master in 2001.  In January of 2003 she bought World Web Master Web Design, St. Augustine, FL and StAugustineBeach.Net, the guide to St. Augustine Beach.  She now joins RPWebworks as project manager and brings her talents in the field of optimization and promotion to our clients.

Cassandra teaches beginning web design at First Coast Technical Institute. She also serves on the board of directors of the St. Augustine IBM Users Group and the Flagler/ Palm Coast Computer Club, and is the president of the Ancient City Commerce Club.
